No Refunds – Exchange Only

We do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Exchange Criteria:

 

  • You must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving your parcel by sending us clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • The product must be returned to us within 48 hours.
  • A courier slip (proof of return shipment) must be sent to us within that 48-hour window.

Once we receive the product:

  • We will send you the replacement item.
  • We will cover the delivery charges for both sides.
